When you create an account, we collect your name and email address, along with a password. Passwords are never stored in plain text — we store only a secure hash.

If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive only your basic profile information (name, email address, and Google account identifier) via Google OAuth 2.0. We do not receive your Google password, and we do not request access to your Google Business Profile or any other data in your Google account.

b. Business and review information

You tell us which business locations you want to display reviews for. We then retrieve the publicly available Google review content for those locations — the same information anyone can see on Google Maps, including reviewer display names, profile photos, star ratings, review text, review photos, and business replies.

We store copies of this content on our servers, and serve images from our own content delivery network, so that your widgets load quickly and reliably. No connection to your Google account is required or requested.

c. Payment information

Payments are processed by Stripe. When you subscribe, we share your email address with Stripe and store your subscription status and Stripe customer reference. Your card details are provided directly to Stripe and never touch our servers.

d. Widget visitor data

When a review widget loads on a website, the visitor's browser requests review content from our servers. Like any web server, we process standard technical data (such as IP address and browser type) to serve the request and protect the service from abuse. We do not use this data to track or profile visitors, and our widgets do not set cookies or store anything in the visitor's browser.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our website.
